Arc of Fayette, Lamar, and Marengo Counties
The Arc of Fayette, Lamar and Marengo Counties Inc. is a private not-for-profit 501 organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

The Arc of Shelby County has grown from a small support group into an advocacy agency that has had direct contact with more than 1,700 children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families each year.

The Arc of the Shoals is committed to securing for all people with intellectual disabilities (ID), the opportunity to choose and realize their goals of where and how they learn, live, work and play. We are further committed to providing advocacy and educational services for people with ID, their families, and the community at large.

The Arc of Tuscaloosa County provides supported employment, prevocational, day habilitation and hourly services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who are 21 years of age or older and reside in Tuscaloosa, Hale, Pickens, Bibb and Greene Counties.

Dothan Houston County ID Board (Vaughn Blumberg Services) provides day, residential, and community supports for people with intellectual disabilities in Houston County under Alabama Act 310.

United Cerebral Palsy of West Alabama
UCPWA is a nonprofit corporation that supports 16 counties throughout the West Alabama community. Since it began in 1962, UCPWA has been committed to advancing the independence and productivity of individuals with disabilities. Over the last fifty years, UCPWA has expanded to include a full array of services for individuals with disabilities. UCPWA serves adults, providing early intervention training, afternoon programs, therapeutic services, summer programs, respite support services, and adult day habilitation.

United Ability (formerly UCP of Greater Birmingham) offers innovative services that connect people with disabilities to their communities and empower individuals to live full and meaningful lives.

Volunteers of America (VOA) is a compassionate organization dedicated to supporting America’s most vulnerable populations. Our ministry of service extends across the entire United States, and we are deeply rooted in faith-based principles within each community we serve.
